This is a look back on the airline industry in 2016.

Since 2013, we’ve been here to end your flying woes, delivering ‘Justice as a Service‘ to travelers who are eligible for compensation on delayed, canceled or overbooked flights.

The compensation the airlines don’t always tell you about.

But our goal is to make claiming compensation as easy and seamless as possible.

We fight for passengers who are unsure of their rights. And wow, there are lots of you!

Here, we proudly present you with a colorful summary of an exhausting but uplifting year fighting for your passenger rights.

  • In 2016, AirHelp had a 95% success rate in court.
  • 37,601. That’s the number of cups of coffee consumed by our staff in 2016.
  • Our customers rate us 9.5/10 on Trustpilot. We’re very proud of this one.
  • The time we spent processing claims was 19,380 hours – or 9.3 years.

These are just some of the numbers. But they don’t tell the whole story. Scroll down for the full infographic.
