-You regularly provided status updates that didn’t require me to initiate followup inquiries. -You’re honest and upfront with your quick initial survey to determine whether a person has cause and is eligible for payment as well as the payment amount. - You’re clear and upfront regarding your fee options and rationale. ** Edit: Upon receiving my compensation last month (I opted for the one time higher fee for my July claim) I decided to subscribe to the $19.99 annual membership fee. I was embarking on flying out of state and low and behold my flights were delayed for a lengthy amount of time. I suspect delayed and cancelled flights will be typical until the airline industry is fully staffed and acquire infrastructure that they had previously decided to forego during the pandemic.
