      I had zero expectations and at first thought this was a scam, offering €€€€ compensation for a delayed (cancelled) flight nearly 2 years ago. So I just had to trust that it was legitimate and they came through with promised figure. Although I was somewhat taken back by Airhelp's cut (~30%), they were completely up front about it. In terms of trust, I would recommend them to anyone I know to do what they say they're doing ... a satisfied customer

      My wife and I were stranded in Zurich when Swiss cancelled our flight to Singapore. While the provided accommodation and meals we were inconvenienced as we had ongoing holiday bookings in Singapore. We waited two days before we were flown by Swiss flight to Singapore. This occurred in April 2019. I approached Swiss for compensation by myself. I had contacted AirHelp for assistance but decided not to proceed with them. My efforts were unsuccessful with Swiss. Then the pandemic occurred and I forgot about trying for compensation. AirHelp contacted me in November 2020 saying that they had assisted others on that flight. I authorised them to act on my behalf. I received compensation at the end of 2020. They kept me informed during the process. I would highly recommend this services to anyone inconvenienced by flight delay or cancellation.
