About the AirHelp Score
The AirHelp Score is a ranking of the best and worst airlines and airports in the world. AirHelp has been publishing the AirHelp Score since 2015 (with a hiatus during the pandemic) to help passengers better plan their flights. The Score allows passengers to use data to see what kind of service they can expect from airlines and airports. To calculate the AirHelp Score, multiple data sources and factors are combined to give passengers a comprehensive picture of an airline’s or airport’s performance. The evaluation of airports is based on three factors: punctuality, passenger experience, and facilities and comfort. Punctuality is the most significant factor, accounting for 60 percent of the score. To determine the results, data from the period between May 1, 2025, and April 30, 2026, was analyzed, and passengers were surveyed about the airlines and airports they had most recently used.
