Once we receive your compensation from the airline, we will send you an email asking you to log in to your Customer Dashboard and select your preferred pay out method and currency of the options available for your payout. AirHelp’s fees are among the lowest in the industry. Furthermore, we don’t require any upfront payment to submit a claim via our website — we work on a “no win, no fee” basis, so we only get paid when we succeed in securing our customers’ compensations.
AirHelp works on a “no win, no fee”basis. So if we don’t win the case in court, we won’t charge you any fee for our services — that’s part of AirHelp’s promise.

AirHelp does not charge any advance payment in order to use our services and we work on a “no win, no fee” basis. If a claim is successfully resolved and our customer receives their compensation we will charge a fixed fee which is based on the amount of compensation claimed.

In the event that the airline is uncooperative, we may take your claim to court. Only if we win your case, will we deduct a Legal Action Fee and our Service Fee. The total of these fees will not exceed one half of the compensation amount.
AirHelp will take care of the entire claim process on your behalf and bear all incurred costs, including lawyers and court fees. Furthermore, if we aren’t successful with getting your compensation you will not be charged anything, regardless of how much work we have carried out on your claim.

A SWIFT or BIC code is a unique identification code for both financial and non-financial institutions used when transferring money between banks, particularly for international wire transfers. Depending on your bank, you’ll find your IBAN and SWIFT codes in your online account, in bank statements, or you can contact your bank directly. Since it is essential for us to have the correct bank details for when we send your compensation, we advise you to confirm both the IBAN and SWIFT codes with your bank.
AirHelp charges no additional fees for any form of payment.
In some instances, PayPal may charge you for withdrawing the money, and banks may charge for check processing.
