Johnny Quach is our VP of Product at AirHelp.
Johnny is responsible for building a market-leading customer experience for AirHelp customers. He and his team of Product Managers, Data Scientists and User Experience Designers are there to ensure that everything that AirHelp work on is as seamless and pleasant to use as possible, so it is as easy as possible to claim compensation for flight delay.
They also tackle forward-thinking projects like using machine learning to better recognise flight delays, building easy-to-use features like a boarding pass scanner, and using AI to optimize our legal process.
We sat him down and asked opinions on air passenger rights and what the future holds.
