Tomasz is the highly motivated CEO of AirHelp with over 20 years of executive leadership experience in complex and high-growth environments. He has driven major business transformation and growth projects globally.

He has led multichannel retailer Studio Moderna as Global Director of Operations and then as Regional Executive Director for the CEE region. Previously, he gathered experience at Toyota Motors Corporations in its global HQ in Japan and Europe.

Tomasz holds an MSc degree from Silesian University of Technology, an MBA from Vlerick Business School in Belgium, and an Advanced MBA from Said Business School at the University of Oxford.

Before becoming the CEO of AirHelp, Tomasz served as Chief Operations & Chief Technology Officer within the same company.

• Represented AirHelp in high-stakes legal disputes across European courts, advocated for air passenger rights, and drove legal product development, market expansion, and corporate affairs to strengthen compliance, industry trust, and global operational growth.

Julian is AirHelp's Legal Strategy Manager with over eight years of experience in travel tech, specializing in European air passenger rights and consumer protection. He is responsible for approving and leading the most critical legal appeals at AirHelp — cases that have the potential to set major legal precedents and strengthen air passenger rights across Europe. By carefully selecting and advancing landmark litigation, he helps shape industry standards, ensuring greater protections for travelers under EC261 and beyond.

Julian’s expertise lies at the intersection of law, technology, and corporate affairs, where he has successfully implemented legal-tech design strategies to optimize efficiency and enhance customer experiences. Before joining AirHelp, he worked with Lufthansa, facilitating with out-of-court settlements between the airline and their passengers.

Thanks to his master's degree specializing in public policy and EU regulations, Julian possesses a deep understanding of consumer rights, transportation laws, and regulatory frameworks that shape the travel tech industry. Beyond his professional achievements, Julian is passionate about sustainability and corporate social responsibility. With a forward-thinking mindset, he continuously seeks innovative solutions that promote environmental consciousness and social responsibility, ensuring that businesses operate with a positive global impact.
