It’s easy! As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive your personalized link or QR code, and get ready-to-go messages you can share directly to Facebook, X, LinkedIn, or via email.

For every friend who successfully claims compensation using your link or QR code, you’ll receive a €20 prepaid virtual gift card by email.

There may also be special promos where we increase the referral reward for a limited time.

When your friend receives their compensation you will receive an email notifying you that your reward has been approved along with instructions on how to redeem your gift card. All rewards are paid out on a weekly basis.

Once your reward is approved, it may take up to 7 days for you to receive your gift card.

You can receive rewards for up to 50 friends using your referral link or code.

You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to redeem and use your prepaid virtual gift card, which can be used online anywhere where it’s accepted.

You have 30 days to activate your gift card from the day you receive it. Once activated, the card can be used immediately. The card validity varies depending on the card chosen, so be sure to check the provider’s Terms and Conditions.

If your friend’s claim for compensation isn’t eligible, you won’t receive a reward. See our Terms and Conditions for more information.

If your friend had an accepted claim with AirHelp but you didn’t receive your reward, check if your friend used the correct link or QR code. They have to use your unique link or code for us to confirm your reward.
