We are currently looking for a person who will manage internal communications and people engagement initiatives. As Internal Communications Specialist you will boost employee engagement, foster top-bottom communication, support HR and Employer Branding teams as well as participate in all internal initiatives. 
 

On a daily basis, you will: 

  • Manage the process of content creation for internal communication, coordinate with Content team and Design team to deliver the final product to stakeholder
  • Create initial content draft or edit the initial draft, when required, before passing on to the Content team
  • Create and deliver individual internal campaigns for teams
  • Help set up processes for internal communications excellence
  • Boost employee engagement score with regular events. Organize and manage these events.
  • Bridge between the management team and all AirHelpers

 

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Independent and proactive thinking
  • Event organization experience
  • Strong communicative skills in English,
  • Good communication skills
  • Planning & keeping deadlines
