As a result of our rapid growth, we are currently looking for the Key Account Manager who wants to be a part of servicing the important B2B partners we work with. The role covers a key business responsibility in ensuring partner happiness, as we build the AirHelp platform which is truly disrupting the global flight compensation industry. You will work closely with a dedicated team of the best professionals in the industry and travel enthusiasts.

  • Proficient in Google/ Microsoft Suite
  • Able to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels of on organisation.
  • Experienced Key Account Manager or Customer Relationship Manager
  • Able to successfully juggle several account management projects simultaneously
  • Has experience working with Travel, OTAs, or Tech industry
  • Fluent English speaker. Knowledge of Swedish/ German/ Norwegian / Spanish  is a benefit

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Communicate with partners on a regular basis to better understand their needs, challenges intentions and to deliver the necessary solutions
  • Focus on growing and developing existing and future accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners through trust and respect
  • Act as the key interface between the clients and all relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the team and other departments to fulfill client’s needs
  • Play a crucial role in business pitches, presentations and potential events
  • Effectively onboard new clients and establish a strong and long lasting relationship for the get-go
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners through trust and respect
  • Write compelling, engaging and witty emails, conduct phone conversations and in person
  • Provide support to the VP of Strategic Partnerships and the team through knowledge transfer, and performing ad hoc tasks
  • Keep your team updated about the status of your accounts
  • Analyze the data better understand the clients’ behavior
  • Successfully identify market trends and keep updated knowledge about AirHelps’ products and services
  • Act as the company’s and clients’ advocate and constantly improve the partners’ experience with AirHelp.
