AirHelp helps air passengers get compensation from the airlines when their flight gets cancelled, delayed or overbooked. Most people don’t know their rights and end up being rejected when seeking compensation. With AirHelp, all the you have to do is enter your flight details, and from there we will take care of all the paperwork and deal with the airlines, so that the passenger gets paid without all of the hassle.

The Role

This is a compelling role that will require the successful candidate to uncover, analyze and execute on growth opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Researching and testing new acquisition tactics and channels
  • Optimizing existing channels and analyze data from multiple sources to determine what is/isn’t working
  • Run A/B and multivariate testing
  • Increasing growth rate by implementing and executing growth experiments across the entire product funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral)
  • Develop, prioritize and manage the growth team and experiments through an agile sprint methodology
  • Setup and own tracking of key metrics
  • Operationalizing working tactics to grow them as fast as possible
  • Rigorously analyze the effectiveness of different campaigns, channels, messaging and customer segments to continuously improve marketing effectiveness

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in a growth, technical marketing or product marketing role
  • You’re a “quant creative” with the ability to switch between rigorous analytical, strategic and creative thinking
  • Proven track record of running growth processes and teams
  • Proven track record of creative “hacks” that have spurred growth outside of conventional methods.
  • Working knowledge of statistics
  • CSS/HTML knowledge to setup up A/B tests independent of tech team
  • Results oriented and 100% execution focus
  • Strong experience with customer acquisition and funnel optimization using both conventional and non-conventional methods
  • Experience with digital, online advertising and utilizing online and offline marketing methodologies for growth
  • Strong understanding of behavioural psychology and the ability to build growth strategies based on these
