Contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the flight disruption you encountered. Better yet, go ahead and try to file a claim – the worst thing that happens is a few minutes of your time are lost and the answer is no. It’s always worth a try!
If you’ve attempted to get compensation through AirHelp:
If you’ve filed a claim and you were denied compensation, set your email up with our flight scanner. The law requires compensation for flight disruptions of up to three years old – so just because this flight wasn’t eligible doesn’t mean one of our past flights wasn’t! Our flight scanner simply scans your email and lets you know if it finds a flight from the past three years that could be eligible for a claim.
