  • Can you help me with lost luggage?

    AirHelp doesn’t yet help with lost luggage, but that’s certainly something we’re thinking about. Check back frequently for updates!
  • What does Airhelp do?

    AirHelp is a service that helps airline passengers receive the compensation that’s owed to them after a disrupted flight (including cancellations, delays, and overbookings). All you have to do is file a claim through AirHelp and we’ll take it from there - sometimes even taking the airline to court! If you win your claim, AirHelp takes a 25% administrative fee for handling the claim. If you don’t win your claim, you pay nothing. There are two ways you can use AirHelp to file a claim for compensation:
    • If you’ve recently endured a flight disruption such as a delay, cancellation, or overbooking, you can file a claim using your flight number. AirHelp will take it from there and stay in communication with you throughout the process.
    • If you’ve endured a flight disruption such as a delay, cancellation, or overbooking in the past three years (or if you think you may have but aren’t sure), you can use AirHelp to scan your inbox for past flight confirmation details. If we find a flight that qualifies, we’ll let you know!
  • My claim for compensation was rejected by the airline. Can I still use AirHelp?

    Of course! If you applied for compensation from the airline personally but they rejected your claim, just contact AirHelp with your flight ticket details. We also request that you send over any information you received from the airline with regards to your initial claim. We then investigate if you were wrongfully denied compensation. If we feel you have a case, we take over the claim. As always, we only get paid if you get paid.
  • Does AirHelp have a mobile app?

    Yes, we decided it was a good idea to make an app available. After all, delays and cancelations usually happen when you're away from the PC! You can download our App now to your iPhone, iPad or Android device and check if you're entitled to compensation while you're still physically at the airport.
