What will you do on board?

  • Support passengers during the first stage of the claim-handling process
  • Assess our customers’ claims in accordance to EC261 and other regulations
  • Collect and verify provided documents based on airlines’ requirements
  • Submit claims to airlines via various channels of communication
  • Work with our bots and automations focused on providing the best customer service

What to take with you?

  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Outstanding communication skills, being both outspoken and a good listener simultaneously, self-driven with a high energy level
  • Exceptional presentation skills and deadly persuasion
  • Ability to handle more passengers at once
  • Business awareness along with empathy
