We started AirHelp because we ourselves tried claiming compensation and found that it was next to impossible figure out what our rights were, let alone actually getting the money from the airline. We thought to ourselves, “If we had this experience, well then there’s probably a lot of other frustrated passengers out there as well.”
We did some research and guess what? More than 26 million passengers annually experience a flight disruption bad enough to make them eligible for compensation from the airline.
Since our launch in Europe just under a year ago, we’ve already helped tens of thousands of passengers and now US passengers will also have a go to place when their flight is disrupted.
