      They did well surprisingly... They're prompt to answer every questions asked and they will answer in such a way you would understand.. I do not regret ever dealing with them and I hope with them around, airlines would learn how to treat their passengers better.

      Summary: I was sceptical until I received my compensation payment in my account in Abuja-Nigeria. I have never heard about AirHelp so I was a bit apprehensive about providing my details online. Finally I bravely did and I am happy I did.... I assure you that I have spread the word about your services. I was glad to receive whatever was due me because I had quite a rough time on that trip...but AirFrance as an airline is not bad. Fares are good and service especially the mobile App was very helpful.... Well this is about AIRHELP, thank you for your services.

      Took care of my problem in a 12 month time with TAP. TAP is terrible so I'm very happy I did not need to contact them myself directly.

      The whole process takes a while, indeed, but in the end, it worths the wait! And even if you often forget you have ever requested this reimbursment because of the long waiting, they will remind you from time to time by sending you updates on the status of your case. It's better (a few months) late than never!
