      In December 2021 Delta kept delaying and then cancelled my flight back from Milan to NY. Supposedly technical issues. I was able to leave the next day because I rescheduled myself on a different flight but for the people that didn’t their flight was cancelled again. I didn’t know I was eligible to get my ticket money back and this is where airhelp stepped in. Somehow they knew my flight had been cancelled and they sent me an email. I took it from there and filled out a few details. Forward a few months and I got 2/3 of my whole ticket back. They kept 1/3 as their fee, which is totally fine with me because I would have never followed up or been able to dispute all of this with Delta. Great Job Airhelp and thanks again, Emanuele
