      Trip to Germany. Flight from North Carolina was delayed and that made us miss our connecting flight in Iceland. Instead of one stop we ended up with two and had a detour from Iceland over Munich and finally Frankfurt. So instead of being at 13:00 in Frankfurt we arrived at almost 20:00. Air Help got us some money back. Great job!!! They worked out everything for us and we didn't have to worry about anything

      After filing the initial report there was basically nothing I had to do when working with Airhelp. While the overall processing time ended up long I believe that had to do with the airline, and Airhelp was communicative and sent updates during that process.
