  • Why is it needed to call PayPal?

    You should call PayPal in order to confirm that your limits are removed and inform them that you expect xxx amount of money sent to your account (KYC protection).
    1. Log in to your PayPal account.
    2. Go to “Contact”.
    3. Select “Call us”.
    4. Call the given number.
    5. You will be asked for a unique number which helps PayPal identify you.
  • How to remove “receiving limit”? - PayPal

    After logging in to PayPal, click "See how much you can send with PayPal” at the bottom in the left corner. Select “Receiving limit per year” and click “Lift Limits” button: Click on “Provide identification” and upload 2 required documents: Upload required documents: Send files when both documents are uploaded successfully.
  • How to unblock foreign currencies / create EUR account while using PayPal?

    After logging in to PayPal, click the "Wallet" tab on main page: Then click “Paypal balance”: Select “Manage Currencies”: The next step is to add new currency (EUR). This will open a Euro balance for your account
  • What is PayPal?

  • How do I get Verified? - PayPal

    After logging in to Paypal, click the "Wallet" tab on main page. To verify your account link either your bank account or credit card by clicking the buttons as shown below: After selecting the bank account, Paypal will prompt you to input your bank details to link your bank account and your Paypal account.   • What is Payoneer and why do you recommend Payoneer?

    Payoneer is a very secure and regulated provider of international payments (US regulated). The company is able to do bank transfers to more or less the whole world, and do to that we have integrated our systems with theirs and the volume we provide to them, we are able to get highly discounted rates on international bank transfers to our customers. AirHelp do not charge any fees related to Payoneer transfers, since we will encourage all to use this effective, safe and cheap provider, if all information is correctly provided, and the money is not returned to us (or Payoneer) due to incomplete or wrong information provided. The customer will be charged only potential FX cost. If the customer receives the money in the currency they have been sent from Airhelp, no FX cost will be imposed by Payoneer. Another benefit by Payoneer is that in many countries, Payoneer is able to transfer the money as a local bank transfer and thereby in 99% of the cases reduce the fees imposed by your own bank to what is cost to receive a local transfer.   • Why do I have to send documents to Payoneer?

    Payoneer is required by law to know how they are transferring the funds to, commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer). The purpose of this regulation is prevent companies, like Payoneer and banks, from being used, intentionally or unintentionally, by criminal elements for money laundering activities, financing of terror and similar to our all common best.
  • What do I do after I finish entering my information on Payoneer?

    Just sit back and wait! Once your application on Payoneer is complete, it will take 2-3 business days to transfer the compensation to your account.
  • I’m having trouble entering my information into Payoneer.

    Please make sure you aren’t typing in any special characters, such as accents or hyphens. Payoneer does not recognise special characters, so entering them in will cause an error in processing your information. For further information please go to Payoneer Support Centre.
  • I’ve entered my bank details but Payoneer is telling me they’re incorrect.

    If you have an IBAN account you can check the account online here. Most likely you have entered your local bank account and not the IBAN account number (the international account ID together with the BIC/SWIFT). If you can't it your web bank, you will have to contact your own bank to get it. More info about IBAN/SWIFT/BIC can be found here. Some countries do not support IBAN/SWIFT/BIC, like the USA, and in these cases you will need to ask your own bank for guidance.
  • I haven’t received the Payoneer link.

    If you haven’t received your Payoneer link yet, please check the spam inbox in your email, as it may have been sent there by mistake. The email you should check is the one you used to sign up for AirHelp.
  • How can I be sure my information is safe with Payoneer?

    AirHelp and Payoneer use data encryption and a network of firewalls to protect your personal information. You can read more about this here.
  • How much does it cost to get this reimbursement?

    Airhelp fees related to transfers can be found on our Price List. If transferred through Payoneer, Airhelp will not take any transfer fee, and only fees and potential FX cost charged by Payoneer will be charged.
  • I don't want to use Payoneer. Do I have any other options?

    Although we recommend using Payoneer for your payout, there are alternative options. Please have a look at our standard Price List for details. When we have the money ready for you, you will be able to select the option that fits you the best online.
  • Payoneer requires 10 digits. My account has only 8. What should I do?

    You should add two zeros in front of your bank account details, so that the total is 10 digits.
