Am I allowed to link multiple email accounts to import more flight data?Yes! In addition to the email address used to sign up for your AirHelp account, you can link as many Gmail addresses as you like, as well as one additional Outlook or Hotmail email address. However, email addresses that are already associated with an AirHelp account cannot be added.
My email is not on your list of supported providers. What can I do?We are always open to new things! If you’re using a different provider and want to suggest adding it to the supported list, please send an email to [email protected] AirHelp currently works with Gmail, Hotmail and Microsoft Outlook.
What happens if there are no flights in my inbox?Sometimes, in rare cases, we can’t find any flights in your mailbox. There are two likely reasons for this. It could be that there isn’t relevant flight-related information in your inbox, or the flight information was forwarded to you from a second party email address that the tool doesn’t pick up (such as airlines and online travel agencies like Expedia).
How does the import feature work? It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3:
- Login to AirHelp with either Gmail, Hotmail or Outlook - the email that you use to book your flights.
- Sit back and relax while we connect your flight history.
- We tell you how much the airlines owe you and use your past flights to create a colorful travel map of your flights, time spent in the sky, countries visited and more. Get yours now and compare it with your friends'.
Can you help me with lost baggage? We can’t help you directly in the same way that we can with delays or cancellations, but we can help you tick the right boxes, depending on whether your baggage is lost, delayed or damaged. Head over to our Know Your Rights pages to learn exactly what to do.
What does AirHelp do?AirHelp is a service that helps airline passengers to get the compensation that’s owed to them after a disrupted flight (including cancellations, delays and overbookings). We have over five years’ experience and are proud to have helped over five million passengers who’ve experienced travel trouble.
My claim for compensation was rejected by the airline. Can I still use AirHelp?Of course! If you’ve been rejected, just contact AirHelp with your flight details and any information you received from the airline regarding your initial claim. We can then investigate if you were wrongfully denied compensation. If we see you have a case, we’ll pursue the claim.
Does AirHelp have an app?We do indeed, in twelve languages! Delays and cancellations often happen when you don’t have your laptop handy, so you can download the app to your iOS or Android device, scan your boarding pass and check your compensation right there in the airport. If you tell your fellow passengers about it too, we guarantee they’ll thank you!
Why AirHelp?AirHelp’s knowledge and legal expertise take the stress out of applying for flight delay compensation by making the process as hassle-free as possible. It’s the perfect solution for frustrated, time-poor passengers whose travel plans have been disrupted.
How can AirHelp help me?We advise you on your eligibility for financial compensation, which can be up to $700 per person. If you have a valid claim, we file the application on your behalf, taking care of all the difficult paperwork and time-consuming communication with the airlines. Rest assured, we’ll fight for you every step of the way.
