How do I invite friends to claim with AirHelp?
It’s easy! As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive your personalized link, and get ready-to-go messages you can share directly to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or via email.
How much do I get for sharing AirHelp with my friends?
For every friend who files an accepted claim using your link, you’ll receive a €10 MasterCard gift card* by email. Exactly what we mean by “accepted claim” is detailed in our Terms and Conditions.
*We may offer increased reward amounts for a limited-time.
How long is my link valid for?
There’s no expiration for your link. Share away!

How will I receive my reward if my friend files a claim?
You will receive an email notifying you that your reward has been approved along with instructions on how to redeem your gift card. All rewards are paid out on a weekly basis, so if you have two friends file an accepted claim using your link during that week, you’ll receive a €20 MasterCard gift card (we may offer increased reward amounts for a limited time).
Once your reward is approved, it may take up to 7 days for you to receive your gift card.
Is there a limit on the number of friends I can refer?
You can receive rewards for up to 50 friends using your referral link.

Why didn't I receive a reward even though my friend filed a claim?
When your friend files an accepted claim with AirHelp, you will receive an email that your reward has been approved. Unfortunately, if their claim isn’t accepted because their flight isn’t eligible for compensation, your reward won’t be approved. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.
What if my friend has submitted an accepted claim but I didn't receive a reward?
For every accepted claim we receive from your unique sharing link, you will receive a redeemable gift card by email. If you feel that one of your friends has filed an accepted claim but your reward wasn’t received, send us an email at [email protected].
How do I redeem my reward?
You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to activate your MasterCard gift card, which can be used online anywhere that accepts MasterCard Debit.
How long is a reward valid for?
After your MasterCard Gift Card is issued and sent to you, you have 4 months to activate it. Once it’s been activated, the card can be used immediately and is valid for the next 12 months.
